In 2023, Israel stepped into a business organization called FHG, where he was introduced to digital skills, systems, and the kind of mindset that builds leaders. That decision didn’t just teach him technology; it unlocked a new path. Through dedication and consistency, he became a professional network marketer, rising to the level of Senior Manager in Neolife International.
Those experiences shaped his belief that systems, structure, and mentorship can transform any life or business. With that same conviction, he founded MW NEXT AI a company built to help coaches and small businesses grow with clarity and automation.
The vision expanded in June 2025, when Mike joined the team. His ideas, execution, and strategic thinking played a key role in turning the agency from a concept into a functioning, growing brand. His contribution was so essential that he became a co-owner of MW NEXT AI, helping shape its direction and future.
As the year progressed, more people saw the vision and came onboard. What began as a solo journey evolved into a full team of eight experts—each bringing their own specialties in automation, design, systems, marketing, and AI. Together, this group forms the engine behind MW NEXT AI.
